Privacy Policy

Your quiz records stay with you.

Effective 16 October 2026. This policy covers the Galleonaire iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch apps, developed by Sidney Tambin.

No developer data collection

The app does not require an account and does not send your gameplay records to the developer. It contains no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. The question bank, artwork and audio are included in the app and gameplay works offline.

On-device storage

The app stores your highest prize, previously encountered questions, personal gameplay statistics and settings locally. An unfinished game is not restored after the app is closed completely. Apple device backups may include locally stored app data according to your device settings.

Paired iPhone and Watch

Compatible preferences can be transferred between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. A random preference identifier and revision information help resolve settings changes. These are not advertising identifiers and are not sent to a developer server. Games and gameplay records are independent on each device.

Your choices

You can change sound, music and haptic preferences in Settings. Removing the app removes its local container; device backups are controlled separately through Apple's settings. The app does not request access to your contacts, location, health records or microphone.

Support and Apple services

If you email support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to answer your request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. Apple separately processes App Store, TestFlight and any diagnostics you choose to share under Apple's policies. The developer does not operate a gameplay data service.

This website

These support pages use GitHub Pages hosting, with no analytics scripts, advertising or cookies added by the developer. GitHub may process ordinary connection data to deliver and secure its hosting service under its own privacy policy.
